## About the Role

* 6+ years of technical project management with a focus on leading full stack, end to end integrations and testing

\n

 * Experience in Ads or eCommerce in a product development environment

\n

 * Demonstrated track record of leading projects from conception through post-launch

\n

 * Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

\n

 * Experience working with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and program management counterparts to deliver products/services

\n

 * Ability to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances, under little or no supervision

\n

 * Clear and concise communication, documentation and presentations to your program manager and leads, and timely escalations of potential risks.

\n

 * Manage multiple partners at various levels in the organization and working with them all equally, proactively and transparently

\n

 * Willingness to be hands-on and do whatever is vital

\n

 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, n

 * Experience with Ad Tech, Search, Recommendations, structured data, and ML/AI

\n

 * Background of full stack system integration, E2E testing, development methodologies, and dependency management

\n

 * Proficient in Airtable

\n

 * Strong understanding of using AI, especially with process optimization, reporting and project management

## Description

n

 * Run end to end lifecycle of complex technical projects that contribute to our Ads platform roadmap, from concept and initiation to release and go to market

\n

 * Oversee design, development, integration, testing and ramp of key technical initiatives

\n

 * Lead key operating rhythms within our organization and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together helping solving cross org issues / communication / partner concerns

\n

 * Anticipate, assess and manage issues and risks; perform as needed root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans

\n

 * Ensure clear status reporting is happening at all levels, whether at the sponsor level or day to day team members

\n

 * Develop presentations and supporting documentation for various forums and partners

\n

 * Build, document, and improve processes across geographically distributed teams/partners in order to optimize efficiency in a fast-pace environment
