## About the Role

We want a genuinely hands-on FICO practitioner with a strong finance foundation. The ideal candidate has personally configured, tested, and troubleshot SAP Finance solutions, as opposed to overseeing others who did., * 8+ years of SAP experience with substantial hands-on FICO configuration; 12-15 years is preferred.

 * SAP S/4HANA or ECC experience, S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition preferred
\n

 * Hands-on implementation and production-support experience, with the ability to explain what you personally configured and resolved.
\n

 * A strong finance and accounting foundation. You understand the business process behind the configuration.
\n

 * Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes.
\n

 * Experience writing functional specifications and working with technical and integration teams.
\n

 * Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with Finance leaders and business users.
\n

 * A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
