## Description

As a Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will support clients in analyzing, optimizing, and transforming their business processes through innovative ERP and CRM solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Gathering and analyzing business requirements from key stakeholders.
 * Leading workshops and translating business needs into functional specifications.
 * Supporting the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
 * Acting as the liaison between business teams, consultants, and technical experts.
 * Coordinating testing activities and ensuring successful user adoption.
