## About the Role

* 3 or more years managing core services in a large enterprise
 * At least 3 years building, running and troubleshooting large Windows RDS environments, with tools such as Syskit or RDPManager
 * Windows Server 2016 to 2025, Windows 10 and 11, Exchange, DNS and large Active Directory estates
 * VDI, VMware vSphere, and ideally SharePoint, ADFS and Veeam or Rubrik
 * Deployable systems or exercise experience and ITIL Service Operation
 * Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, VCP, CCNA or CCDA

## Description

* Managing RDS farms, collections and RemoteApp, FSLogix profiles and the Group Policy around them
 * Monitoring performance and capacity, and fixing connectivity, login, profile and printing issues
 * Maintaining core services: Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, web hosting and update services
 * Automating routine work with PowerShell and supporting automated deployment of new kits
 * Keeping documentation and as-built guides current, and working incidents and changes with the service desk
