## About the Role

* Experience in IT support, systems administration or technology operations.
 * Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly SharePoint.
 * Knowledge of Power Platform, automation and business systems.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
 * Confident supporting non-technical users and coordinating external suppliers.
 * Willingness to travel regularly between Newcastle and Leeds.

Previous law firm experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

## Description

This is a varied, hands-on position combining IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, business systems management, technology projects and process improvement.

Working closely with the Director of Operations, you will take ownership of the firm's day-to-day IT operations across its Newcastle and Leeds offices, helping to improve systems, efficiency and user experience., * Providing day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting technical issues.

 * Managing Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
 * Supporting Power Platform, Power Automate, Dynamics CRM and business systems.
 * Coordinating external IT suppliers and resolving support issues.
 * Supporting technology upgrades, automation, AI tools and systems improvements.
 * Managing IT equipment, user access, licences and onboarding.
 * Delivering systems training and supporting cybersecurity and compliance.
