## About the Role

* 5 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
 * Strong Finance consultancy experience across core BC financial modules
 * Proven experience leading end-to-end Business Central implementations
 * Experience delivering integrations using REST APIs, OData, Web Services, and JSON
 * Strong understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and ERP testing processes
 * Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs
 * Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Desirable Experience:

 * Power Platform experience including Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dataverse
 * Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure integration technologies
 * Experience integrating Business Central with CRM, Banking, Payroll, E-commerce, or Reporting platforms
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
 * Finance or Accountancy background (AAT or equivalent beneficial)

## Description

* Lead Finance workstreams across Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
 * Run workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into solution designs
 * Configure and implement Business Central Finance modules, including General Ledger, Purchasing, Sales, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, VAT, and Financial Reporting
 * Design and deliver integrations between Business Central and external systems
 * Produce functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, and test documentation
 * Lead data migration, reconciliation, testing, and go-live activities
 * Work closely with developers and solution architects on integrations and technical solutions
 * Facilitate UAT, training sessions, customer demonstrations, and post-go-live support
 * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices
