## Description

The Senior Technical Delivery Consultant will play a key role in implementing bespoke ER case management solutions for clients. The successful candidate will act as the interface between business requirements and technical delivery-working across workflow design, system configuration, coding and client enablement., Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

 - Collaborate with Project Managers, Data and Development Specialists to capture implementation requirements
 - Evaluate and challenge client needs to identify the most efficient solutions
 - Translate operational workflows into tailored system designs using tools like Lucidchart or similar
 - Propose optimised solutions that address business challenges using the full capability of the platform

Technical Implementation & Delivery

 - Participate in planning technical build and test phases
 - Configure client environments, access roles, and permissions
 - Develop online forms using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
 - Implement business logic and workflows using JSON and JavaScript
 - Support the import and validation of employee and organisational data
 - Conduct rigorous testing to ensure client requirements are met
 - Raise and manage technical risks or issues in line with project governance
 - Deliver client training, documentation, and ongoing support as needed
