## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
 * Proven track record designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions.
 * Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
 * Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
 * Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, etc.).
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Experience guiding teams and driving technical decision-making.
 * Fluent in Dutch (required) and English.
 * A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to share knowledge.

In this role, you'll

 * Lead the design and delivery of modern data platform architectures for a variety of clients.
 * Translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and data solutions.
 * Guide clients in adopting best practices for data governance, security, and scalability.
 * Oversee implementation across cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
 * Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned and deliver measurable impact.
 * Stay ahead of emerging trends and assess how they can enhance our clients' data capabilities.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship, both within Xomnia and at client sites.
