## About the Role

* Master's degree or Engineering degree in Data, Computer Science, or a related field.
 * Proven experience in team management, ideally within an international and multi-site environment.
 * Strong expertise in data strategy, governance, data quality, and data products.
 * Ability to work effectively with both technical teams (Data Engineering, Snowflake, SQL) and business stakeholders (Clinical Data Management, clinical trial data).
 * Good understanding of regulated environments and data integrity principles (GCP, ALCOA+).
 * Fluent English is required; Fluency in French is appreciated.
 * Strong leadership, proactive mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Technical Environment: Snowflake, SQL, Data Governance, Data Catalog, MDM, Clinical Data Management (EDC), CDISC standards, R&D Data & Analytics ecosystem.
Location: Libourne, France, with significant international collaboration.

## Description

Define and Drive the R&D Data Strategy

 * Develop and implement the R&D data strategy across business units and sites.
 * Lead the data roadmap, including governance, MDM, data catalog, data products, and Snowflake platform development.
 * Establish the data platform as a trusted source for analytics and AI.
 * Align business, IT, and regulatory stakeholders around strategic priorities.

Lead and Develop an International Data Team

 * Manage a team of Data Engineers and Clinical Data Managers across multiple locations.
 * Foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
 * Build and support the R&D data community while developing team capabilities.

Ensure effective data governance and data valorization

 * Define and implement data governance, quality, and traceability standards.
 * Ensure data compliance and integrity in a regulated environment (VICH, veterinary GCP).
 * Develop business-oriented data products that support R&D, Analytics, and AI use cases.
 * Harmonize data practices across sites and business entities.
