## About the Role

* Extensive experience designing complex digital products and services across web and mobile platforms.
 * Expertise in user-centred design practices, including interaction design, information architecture, journey mapping and prototyping.
 * Strong experience facilitating design discovery, workshops and collaborative design activities with cross-functional teams.
 * Ability to translate customer, business and technical requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
 * Experience working with enterprise design systems and applying reusable patterns, components and standards at scale.
 * Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
 * Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and experience working closely with engineering teams through implementation.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

 * Experience contributing to or governing enterprise design systems and design operations.
 * Knowledge of design token methodologies and design-to-development workflows.
 * Experience designing Al-assisted experiences or incorporating generative Al capabilities into digital products.
 * Familiarity with service design techniques and complex end-to-end customer journeys.

This role will help define how design is practised, scaled and delivered across the client, ensuring teams can create consistent, high-quality experiences at pace.
