Content Designer required to join a leading UK Brand on a hybrid contract in the Midlands or East Sussex,

Rates Inside IR35, Hybrid role & long term engagement.

Responsibilities

 * Lead content design for digital services, creating clear, accessible and engaging content.
 * Simplify complex language and processes, encouraging users with varying levels of digital confidence to use online services.
 * Collaborate with UX/UI designers, user researchers, product managers, business analysts and stakeholders.
 * Research subject matter, consult experts, draft content, test user understanding and refine content based on feedback.
 * Work effectively within an agile delivery team, building relationships with internal colleagues and external providers.
