 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung, Datenvisualisierung, Reporting und Analyse
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
 * Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lösungsorientierung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung des BI & Analytics-Teams
 * Verantwortung für die laufende Pflege der bestehenden (Cubeware Cockpit / TM1) und der künftigen (SAP) BI-Umgebung
 * Planung und Steuerung des Ablösungsprojekts hin zu SAP BDC und SAP Analytics Cloud sowie ggf. weiterer strategisch gesetzter Frontends
 * Mitwirkung beim Anforderungsmanagement und Formulierung von Empfehlungen bezüglich der technischen Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Analytics- und Reporting-Lösungen von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die Datenmodellierung bis zur Bereitstellung von Berichten und Dashboards
 * Abstimmung mit der IT hinsichtlich Datenanbindung und Applikationsbetrieb
 * Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, IT sowie externen Partnern
 * Strategische Weiterentwicklung der BI & Analytics-Landschaft und -Prozesse im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen und in Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern
