## About the Role

## Description

We are seeking a SharePoint Manager to support the administration, development, and sustainment of Microsoft 365 SharePoint environments. The SharePoint Manager will oversee SharePoint portals, site architecture, user support, workflow development, information management, and collaboration capabilities while providing technical support and guidance to users across multiple PMO organizations, * Develop, administer, and sustain SharePoint portals and site collections in the Microsoft 365 environment.

 * Provide Tier 1 service desk support and user assistance for SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
 * Support knowledge sharing and mentor users on effective SharePoint and Teams use.
 * Perform .NET development and graphic design in alignment with Marine Corps program style guides and MCEN/MCEDS constraints.
 * Provide SharePoint support with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, Cora Works, SharePoint Designer 2013, and Infopath.
 * Establish and maintain site-collection hierarchy, information architecture, metadata taxonomy, workflows, and custom search capabilities.
 * Support data management and organization across eight PMO groups.
 * Provide deliverable monitoring support.
 * Other duties as assigned.
