## Description

Modoc Medical Center (MMC) is accepting applications for a full-time, benefit-eligible IT Support Technician in its IT Department. This position provides technical support for computer hardware, software, networks, and end-user devices throughout the organization. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to assist and train users., * Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues

 * Install, test, monitor, and maintain IT equipment
 * Document support requests, problems, and resolutions
 * Assist users with diagnosing and resolving technical issues
 * Provide training on software and end-user devices
 * Coordinate service and support with technology vendors
 * Communicate with users throughout the support process
