Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Danish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria. This role is essential in maintaining the safety and integrity of our digital platforms, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for all users. You will be actively involved in monitoring, investigating, and responding to safety-related issues within our online services., * Monitor user-generated content and platform activities to identify potential safety risks and policy violations.

 * Conduct thorough investigations on reported incidents, analyzing data to determine risk levels and appropriate responses.
 * Collaborate with technical teams to develop and enhance safety protocols and procedures.
 * Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on safety issues and trends to inform stakeholders.
 * Keep abreast of emerging trends and threats in digital safety to proactively address vulnerabilities.
 * Promote awareness of digital safety best practices among users and stakeholders.
