## About the Role

* Academic Excellence: Outstanding academic degree (Master's/Diploma/PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields, complemented by a strong specialization in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
 * Consulting & Practical Experience: Minimum 2 internships in a consultancy (tech/strategy), renowned tech or industrial companies, or start-ups and a proven track record of excellence in consulting with data and AI in relevant domains. Experience at the intersection of technology and client advisory is a big plus.
 * Technical Hard-Skills: Strong experience in building and deploying GenAI applications and hands-on familiarity with one or more agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agents SDK). Proficiency in Python for AI development, Cloud Platform expertise (Azure, incl. Microsoft Foundry), and knowledge of Data Warehousing & Engineering (Snowflake & dbt).
 * Domain & Architecture: Initial hands-on experience with AI applied to business or industrial data (e.g., time series, process optimization, document intelligence) and exposure to IT/OT architecture or industrial standards.
 * Global Entrepreneurial Mindset: International exposure gained through studies, internships, or work experience abroad and a strong willingness to contribute in shaping and growing a team and business.
 * Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (min. C1).
