## Description

We are working with a client seeking a Lead SQL Database Developer to help drive the design, development, and support of enterprise-level SQL Server and data integration solutions across the organization. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building scalable, high-performing database and ETL solutions that support reporting, analytics, and enterprise data initiatives.

This individual will play a key role in the company's SQL Server environment, partnering closely with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and maintainable data solutions aligned with long-term technology goals.Design, develop, and support Microsoft SQL Server database solutions, * Build and maintain complex T-SQL objects including stored procedures, functions, and views

 * Develop and support SSIS packages, ETL processes, and data integrations
 * Troubleshoot database performance, reliability, and scalability issues
 * Translate business requirements into technical database and integration solutions
 * Lead database-focused development efforts and provide mentorship to other developers
 * Establish and promote development standards, best practices, and reusable design patterns
 * Review database designs and code to ensure consistency, quality, and maintainability
 * Collaborate with technical and business teams on data architecture and system integration initiatives
 * Support secure data handling and enterprise compliance standards
