enterprise reporting and self-service analytics. + Optimize data platforms for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. + Create solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps while partnering with business, IT, Quality, and Data Governance teams. **Qualifications and need-to-know** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Analytics. + Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, OneLake, and Data Factory. + Extensive experience with Power BI, including semantic modeling and enterprise reporting. + Advanced SQL, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse design skills. + Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale cloud data platforms. + Experience with ETL/ELT development, data integration, and CDC technologies such as Oracle GoldenGate. + Experience working with
Oracle, SQL Server, SAP, APIs, and other enterprise data sources. + Knowledge of Azure, Databricks, Python, Spark, and modern cloud data technologies. + Experience implementing data governance, security, data quality, and data lineage practices. + Experience working in a regulated environment; Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or GxP experience preferred. + Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps/DataOps practices. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. _Employment eligibility verification will be required at the time of hire.
