## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of external audit experience, strong knowledge of U.S. accounting and auditing standards, and direct experience supporting clients within the asset and wealth management space., * Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting.

 * Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
 * Strong external audit experience is required.
 * Direct audit experience within Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) is required.
 * Strong understanding of:
 + U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP)
 + U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (U.S. GAAS)
 + Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards
 * Experience with technical accounting and financial reporting.
 * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing professional services environment.
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills., * CPA preferred.
 * Previous experience working for a Big Four accounting firm such as Deloitte, (EY), KPMG, or another comparable large public accounting environment.
