## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
 * 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing enterprise IT operations and strategic technology initiatives (Director level and above)
 * Financial managment background monitoring allocations and budgets
 * Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, digital transformation, and IT service management.
 * Experience within higher education, large enterprise, or similarly complex environments is preferred.
 * Proven ability manage high volume of system/technical resources at a time
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership skills.

## Description

Endurance IT Services has partnered with an institution in the search of an Assistant Vice President of Information Technology. The person in this role is a senior IT leader responsible for helping drive the organization's technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with executive leadership to oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, user support, governance, and innovation efforts while ensuring technology initiatives align with overall strategic initiatives., * Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic technology initiatives that support organizational goals.

 * Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and support teams.
 * Lead technology modernization efforts, including digital transformation, cloud adoption, AI initiatives, and process improvements.
 * Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects and programs.
 * Promote cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance, and operational best practices across the organization.
 * Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver innovative technology solutions.
 * Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and organizational performance.
