## About the Role

Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, Usability Engineering, Operations Management, Systems Administration/Management, System Operations, Test Strategy, Strategic Planning, Problem Solving Skills, Requirements Management, Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

 * Experience testing/product quality processes tools and methods strongly preferred.
 * Project management experience and training in facilitation strongly preferred.
 * Experience managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking work priorities, and resolving workflow issues strongly preferred.
 * Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, and translating business needs into system and process enhancements strongly preferred.

## Description

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Systems Analyst Senior manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system, including operational workflow management and coordination.

How You Will Make An Impact:

 * Creates feature test strategies and environment needs.
 * Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
 * Coordinates workflow activities, tracks priorities, and supports issue resolution.
 * Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements.
 * Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
 * Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements.
 * Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
