O'Neill is looking for a motivated and hardworking Help Desk Analyst to work on a temporary full-time basis out of our Irvine Headquarters. If you meet the below requirements and want to be part of a fun, exciting, and growing team please apply!

## Description

The Analyst will provide first level support for corporate users and route incoming requests to appropriate support groups or more experienced staff when necessary. The environment consists of office staff on Windows and Mac hardware, a warehouse, and several retail stores. The successful candidate will have a well-rounded skillset and can apply prior experience and knowledge to new challenges. When not working on support tickets the Analyst will assist the IT team in related organization and documentation projects.
