## About the Role

Candidate Location: No South Carolina residency required. Open to nationwide candidates; must be able to work eastern time zone hours. All travel-related costs for onsite work will be the responsibility of the resource, regardless of the frequency of onsite work.., Required skills (must include years of experience, in order of importance):

 * -Strong knowledge and experiencing managing/developing a large scale ServiceNow environment
 * -ITSM concepts and Framework
 * -Server API Development
 * -Powershell

Required Education: A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science, Management of information science, or related field, and two years of hands-on experience with implementing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), OR an associate degree in communications, business administration, computer science, management information science or a related field and four years of hands-on experience with implementing ITIL

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

 * -Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
 * -Ability to communicate and gather technical requirements from customers.
 * -Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors and other officials, ServiceNow powershell

## Description

* Maintains the three environments (Dev, Test, Production) of ServiceNow for Admin, including configurations, changes, system updates promotions, cloning, and security.
 * Create, maintain and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and 3rd party integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and/or additional self- service features and functions.
 * Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance. utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation.
