Our team delivers a full suite of IT solutions across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and business continuity. We're looking for a System Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and wants to continue developing their skills in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. This is a hybrid WFH role that includes full benefits, certification reimbursement, and paid training to support your growth. Daily Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 2 support to business clients Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments Configure and support virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V Assist with firewall, switch, and Meraki deployments Work on client projects such as network build-outs, server migrations, and cloud implementations Manage DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services, and storage solutions (SAN/NAS) Maintain documentation and SOPs using platforms like ITGlue and FreshService Collaborate closely with a small, tight-knit team of engineers

Required Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an MSP or IT consulting environment Strong troubleshooting skills and a focus on first-time resolution Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint Familiarity with tools such as Mimecast, SentinelOne, NinjaRMM, and backup solutions Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and virtualization technologies Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly detail-oriented and proactive
