5-7+ years of professional frontend/UI engineering experience, with a proven track record as a senior or lead engineer. Expert-level mastery of Ember.js is non-negotiable, as it comprises the vast majority of the day-to-day architecture. Solid working knowledge or exposure to Node.js. Strong conceptual and working understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to ensure smooth frontend-to-backend integration. Partner with multiple internal teams to coordinate, implement, and track A/B testing configurations to optimize customer-facing applications. Hands-on experience embedding AI development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) into your daily coding workflow., Direct experience setting up and managing experiments via Optimizely. Prior experience in the E-commerce, Retail, or Supply Chain technology sectors.
