 * Experience working with React.js, CSS, and Power Platform interfaces

## Description

Position Description: MI Technical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Developer to join its team. In this role, the UI/UX Developer is responsible for the design and creation of user-facing interfaces and experiences., * Analyze user requirements and behavior to design user-friendly interfaces.

 * Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.
 * Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
 * Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or applications function and look.
 * Work closely with software engineers and product managers to implement designs.
 * Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve design.
 * Stay up to date with design application changes and industry developments.
 * Ensure all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings.
 * Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
 * Ensure applications adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
