## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of complex HRIS work experience or equivalent combination.\n
 * Experience working with integrated Human Resources Management Systems, preferably Workday HCM.\n
 * Advanced knowledge of word processing, database management and spreadsheet software, with ability to construct and produce reports, data input, manipulation and analysis.\n
 * Good understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes and services.\n
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n
 * May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations. Specific language(s) may be preferred depending on operating unit.\n
 * Experience coordinating and leading projects.\u2022 \n
 * Experience responding to HR related questions, problems and data information requests from employees/management. \n
 * Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Co-Pilot\n
 * Experience working with an ERP and coordinating across functions (HR/IT/Finance/Procurement)\n
