## About the Role

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree.

 * Experience supporting technology in a professional environment, secure environment.
 * Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, VDI, WMS, Horizon, VCF9 etc.)
 * Linux Systems Administration
 * Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53)
 * IAT Level II certification (ex. Sec+)

## Description

Servers ,clients ,networking, storage, backup , AI and DSOP tools

 * You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team
 * You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.
 * You will assist in driving escalations to resolution.
 * You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)
 * You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets.
 * You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned.
 * Provide Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams.
