## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
 * 5-7 years of end-to-end implementation or production support experience of Oracle Cloud P2P.
 * Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Higher Education strongly preferred.
 * The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff.
 * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

## Description

* Lead Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation programs for Higher Education organizations.
 * Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and supply chain modernization recommendations.
 * Lead solution design and implementation across Oracle P2P, including Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal/Management and Accounts Payable.
 * Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, risk management, and post-go-live support.
 * Lead, coach, and develop consulting team members through active performance management, mentoring, training, and career development activities while fostering Huron's collaborative culture.
 * Partner with Higher Education institutions to optimize procurement operations, supplier management, inventory practices, and organizational efficiency.
 * Drive financial performance of engagements, including resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence.
