## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
 * 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing and interfacing with business users.
 * Must have Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation experience, including configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities.
 * Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Higher Education strongly preferred.
 * Strong analytical skills to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
 * Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.
 * A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
 * Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
 * Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

## Description

* Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) for Higher Education clients.
 * Responsible for Oracle Cloud implementation projects including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
 * Partner with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
 * Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
 * Support testing activities including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
 * Gather and document business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state solution designs.
