## About the Role

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
 * Experience: 2-3 years in data operations, reporting, or business analysis with recurring deliverables.
 * Technical: Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, logic functions, large datasets).
 * Skills: High accuracy, strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and ability to work independently to deadlines.

Preferred

 * Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau.
 * Exposure to sales, pricing, or trade finance data in consumer goods or electronics.

## Description

We are looking for a Data Operations & Reporting Specialist to manage routine daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles. You will oversee data uploads, perform validations, produce standardized reports, and handle stakeholder communications., * Data Upload & Validation: Upload source data daily, reconcile against primary systems, and fix missing or out-of-range values before publication.

 * Report Generation & Distribution: Build daily, weekly, and monthly reports using standard templates and email them to stakeholders on schedule.
 * Issue Resolution & Support: Investigate data errors, trace root causes with data owners, and answer stakeholder questions on metrics and schedules.
 * Process Maintenance: Maintain detailed SOPs for all reporting cycles and suggest automation/simplification ideas to management.
