## Description

As a Project MPI/PSIM/APDS Java Developer Security Engineer II on the Security Engineering team, you will be responsible for…

 * Develop and maintain Java-based PSIM, APDS, and MPI components, features, services, interfaces, and integrations.
 * Analyze requirements, technical specifications, interface definitions, and data flows; implement enhancements, bug fixes, and technical improvements in collaboration with senior developers and technical leads.
 * Create and execute unit, integration, regression, and performance tests; investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and validate corrective actions.
 * Support application and integration work across identity and access management (IAM), master data management (MDM), the ID Toolkit, partner systems, and IBM DataPower, including Extensible Markup Language (XML) interface configuration, routing, transformations, error handling, and device-change testing.
 * Participate in code reviews, release planning, deployments, patching, upgrades, configuration changes, production troubleshooting, documentation, and secure development, configuration-management, and change-management practices.
