 * Saas experience in a highly regulated environment

 * Need ppl for sure to be full stack - at least some experience with front and back end - around 3+ year
 * Claude just rolled out in July - a lot of team has been there for a while but not using Claude. She wants ppl that use it and take advantage of it - "what are prompts you'll do to do work more quickly"
 * React front end - SQL server back end, .NET - all Microsoft. They work in Azure but she's good with ppl w AWS experience
 * Microservices, multi-threaded APIs
