## Description

The DEEP & Technology team is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) I to support the quality engineering and test automation of our innovative advertising systems. As a key member of the Engineering Services team, you will develop foundational skills in test automation, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to the delivery of robust, high-quality products. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry leaders and play a direct role in ensuring ads delivered to Disney viewers are reliable, engaging, and relevant.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Test Automation & Execution

 * Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts under the guidance of senior engineers.
 * Execute manual and automated test cases for UI, API, and integration testing, reporting bugs and issues clearly and promptly.
 * Participate in basic code reviews and gain hands-on experience with test frameworks and software development tools.

Collaboration & Learning

 * Collaborate closely with software engineers, SDETs, and QA leads to understand system functionality and testing requirements.
 * Attend team meetings, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve your understanding of testing practices and team processes.
 * Seek and act on feedback to grow your technical and problem-solving abilities.
