Oracle requirement is focused on maintaining and modifying existing code rather than building from scratch as the client has standards and best practices in house for peer review. A strong ASP.NET and Oracle developer with limited VBScript experience is acceptable for a first round conversation. Full stack ownership mentality required this person will own features top to bottom across the web presentation and database tiers. WPF desktop experience is a plus for DLS support. AI assisted development tool fluency is a nice to have. Our clients system is a core web application and Oracle database platform holding approximately 36 million healthcare professional records. DLS is a WPF Windows desktop application used by their internal data operations staff to quality check state professional license data loads. This is a legacy stack maintenance and support role over 90 percent of the work is keeping the lights on with minimal new feature development. The confirmed technology stack includes Classic ASP with VBScript, ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC 5 with VB.NET and C# on .NET Framework 4.5 to 4.6.2, jQuery, Oracle 19c with PL/SQL packages procedures triggers and views, Redis caching, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
