## About the Role

Full-Stack Engineering Experience You have 5 to 7+ years of professional software development experience and are comfortable working across the full stack, from backend systems and infrastructure to practical frontend interfaces.

PHP and Laravel Expertise You have strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel, with the ability to design, build, maintain, and improve production systems. Experience with other backend frameworks is a plus.

API and Integration Experience You have experience building and consuming REST APIs, working with webhooks, and integrating with third-party platforms. You can reason through messy external systems and turn them into reliable, maintainable workflows.

Frontend Fluency You have enough frontend experience with React, Vue, Livewire, or similar tools to build functional, user-friendly internal tools and product surfaces when needed.

Cloud Infrastructure You have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, including services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, or comparable technologies.

DevOps and Deployment You are comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, deployment automation, and the operational practices needed to ship software safely and reliably.

Non-Technical

Early-Stage Mindset You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly. You thrive with ambiguity, take ownership without waiting for perfect instructions, and enjoy a short feedback loop between idea, build, and ship.

Client-Facing Communication You can speak confidently with non-technical stakeholders, including directors of operations and clinical leaders. You can explain what is happening, what it means, and what we are doing about it in clear, practical language.
