8+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience, with 5+ years focused on Microsoft Azure and M365 administration in enterprise environments Deep Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD) Strong Azure infrastructure skills: VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage, ExpressRoute/VPN, and Identity and Access Management Hands-on Azure Arc experience for hybrid server management and policy enforcement Solid Windows Server administration: Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, certificate services, and file/print services Infrastructure-as-code proficiency (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM) with version-controlled practices; PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting for automation Ability to perform hands-on physical server work (racking, cabling, and firmware updates) in a data center environment Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills; bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or
equivalent practical experience
