## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS, Business Analysis, or Production Support.
 * Strong understanding of telecom service provisioning, activation, and assurance processes.
 * Experience with IP Networks, TDM Networks Next Generation software defined Networks with proven delivery experience with Tier-1 telecom service delivery platforms.
 * Familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Riverbed solutions is a plus.
 * Strong stakeholder management, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
 * ITIL and Agile experience preferred.

## Description

Business Analyst responsible for requirements, production support, and continuous improvement of telecom OSS platforms supporting TDM, IP, SD-WAN, and Network Functions on Demand services for a Tier-1 telecom environment., * Gather and analyze business requirements, user stories, and change requests for Enterprise wireline services.

 * Identify functional gaps, assess impacts, and coordinate with product and application teams for resolution.
 * Coordinate estimates, dependencies, and funding requirements for new enhancements.
 * Provide functional analysis and production support for Sev-2/Sev-3 issues, including troubleshooting, workarounds, and root-cause resolution.
 * Coordinate cross-functional incident bridges involving network engineering, service assurance, activation, and application teams.
 * Analyze order fallout and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities and reduce Ticket-to-Order (TToR) ratio.
 * Develop Methods & Procedures (M&Ps), user advisories, and process documentation.
 * Conduct user/process reviews and drive resolution of recurring operational pain points.
