## About the Role

1. ServiceNow: Strong hands-on experience developing, administering, and managing large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
 2. ITIL: Minimum 2 years of hands-on ITIL implementation experience with a qualifying bachelor's degree, or 4 years with a qualifying associate degree.
 3. ITSM: Strong understanding of IT Service Management concepts, processes, and frameworks.
 4. Server-Side API Development: Experience developing and supporting server-side APIs and integrations.
 5. PowerShell: Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
 6. ServiceNow Administration: Experience maintaining multiple environments, including upgrades, configurations, cloning, and security.
 7. Workflow Automation: Experience developing workflows, forms, self-service functionality, and third-party/cloud integrations., Candidates must meet one of the following:
 * Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Science, or a related field, plus 2+ years of hands-on ITIL implementation experience.
 * Option 2: Associate degree in one of the above fields or a related discipline, plus 4+ years of hands-on ITIL implementation experience.

## Description

* Administer and maintain ServiceNow Development, Test, and Production environments.
 * Manage configurations, platform upgrades, update promotions, cloning, and security.
 * Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow forms, workflows, and automation capabilities.
 * Develop and maintain server-side APIs and third-party integrations.
 * Implement cloud integrations and automated self-service solutions.
 * Support multi-cloud resource provisioning, governance, and process automation.
 * Apply ITIL and ITSM best practices to improve service management workflows.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and provide advanced technical support.
 * Gather technical requirements and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
 * Mentor junior engineers and provide technical knowledge transfer.
