## About the Role

* 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production systems.
 * Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend (React or similar), backend (APIs and services), databases, and cloud infrastructure.
 * Hands-on experience directing AI coding agents or LLM-based workflows in production, not just experimenting with them.
 * A portfolio, GitHub history, or shipped systems that you can point to and discuss in depth.
 * Solid grasp of testing, code review, security, and deployment best practices.
 * Sound judgment on when to let agents run and when to write the code by hand.
 * Comfort operating with high autonomy and full ownership.

Will be a plus

 * Experience in fintech, lending, or payments.
 * Background in mobile development (React Native or native iOS/Android).
 * Track record of building CI/CD, observability, or evaluation systems for code or agent pipelines.

## Description

* Orchestrate AI agents across the full development lifecycle, from spec to PR to production.
 * Build and refine evaluation harnesses, CI checks, and review gates that keep agent-generated code correct, secure, and auditable.
 * Break ambiguous product requirements into clear tasks that agents can execute, then verify and integrate their output.
 * Monitor application health, performance, and incidents, stepping in when human judgment must lead.
 * Partner with product and design to ship fast without compromising quality.
