## Description

* Manage Active Directory (AD), OUs, GPOs, user accounts, and service account remediation.
 * Support CrowdStrike Falcon EDR deployment and endpoint security compliance.
 * Perform Windows patching, vulnerability remediation, and file-share access reviews.
 * Implement software allowlisting and USB restriction policies.
 * Support BeyondTrust PAM and Transparent Screen Lock (TSL) deployment.
 * Troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues across lab instruments and workstations.
 * Manage access requests, documentation, and remediation tracking through ServiceNow.
 * Collaborate with InfoSec, infrastructure, and laboratory teams across global sites.
