## About the Role

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a data science or analytics role is required. A background in a health system, academia, or health insurance is also required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with SQL is required. Daily use of Python or R is also necessary. Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Looker, or QlikView is part of the job.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills are valued, particularly the ability to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience. Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, such as CPT or DRG codes, is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Epic systems.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
 * A high degree of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.
