* Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field and 5 years of experience.

 * Requires experience with: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM);

 * Analyzing and resolving business team applications such as Adjustments, Benefits Administration, and struck instance tickets;

 * Developing short term fixes for critical issues while permanent fixes are applied;

 * Handling Remedy and Service Now tools to track and resolve issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA);

 * Gathering of business requirements and functional requirements;

 * Identifying production problems and providing solutions;

 * Developing and enhancing mainframe systems with batch and online capabilities;

 * Ensuring adherence to standards;

 * Validation, patch support, server(s) upgrade, and Oracle support for PEGA support applications including Benefits Administration, Adjustments, and Modular Network Management Providing on-call production support;

 * Preparing test scripts, design, and code, implementing the implementation process, and providing installation support

 * Handle production incidents and alerts.
