## About the Role

Must-Have

 * MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
 * Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, Go.
 * Comfortable with developer tools on macOS such as VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git.
 * Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

* Complete and narrate real software development tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
 * Build, debug, refactor, and review code to support AI model benchmarking and improvement.
 * Work independently with clearly structured responsibilities, avoiding high pressure typical in internships or full-time roles.
 * Utilize everyday developer tools on macOS such as VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git, and package managers., * Brief (3-minute) conversation with our AI interviewer to assess research and reasoning skills.
 * Complete a brief paid assessment to evaluate your fit for the role.
