5+ years of experience designing products that have been used by end users and clients at scale Proven track record of solving complex real-world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user-centered solutions Proficiency with the full design toolkit: wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, user interviews, and usability testing Expert-level skills with design tools like Figma, including advanced features like components and design libraries Experience maintaining visual and interaction consistency by working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution Strong visual design foundation with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles Experience designing responsive Web/Mobile experiences Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints Experience designing AI-powered features that enhance user workflows and personalize experiences is a plus
Familiarity with GenAI tools to accelerate workflows is a plus Preferred Qualifications Independent ownership : You can take projects from problem definition through execution, managing stakeholder relationships and driving decisions without constant guidance.
