## About the Role

* Bachelors degree in Engineering.

 * 3 plus years of experience with product engineering, product design, product development in the construction/mining/heavy equipment sector of manufacturing.

 * Ability to utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, Creo and an emphasis on INVENTOR.

 * FEA Experience

 * Understanding of weld concepts

 * Product and Project Management experience.

 * Good communication skills

 * Candidates must be US Citizens or have permanent residency and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.

## Description

* Working with Sales and Marketing this position will take the lead in the development of new and specialized products.

 * Responsible for the doing market analysis, research and development, and strategies for new products and markets.

 * Through work with production, sales and marketing, and customers, suggest changes to design to correct any design issues or improve the design for maximized quality and product performance.

 * Do project management in conjunction with product development work.
