 * Back-End Mastery: 7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years specializing in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, and WebFlux.
 * Front-End Expertise: 6+ years of front-end experience utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
 * API & Integration: 5+ years building high-throughput RESTful and SOAP web services.
