## About the Role

This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in storage and backup technologies, supporting data center migration efforts, infrastructure design, and operational support in a high-availability environment.
Key Responsibilities Storage & Backup Engineering * Support and manage Dell, Pure, Cohesity, DataDomain, and Avamar platforms * Ensure high availability and performance of storage systems Infrastructure & Migration * Lead and support data center migration initiatives * Design and implement storage and backup solutions Operations & Support * Provide L2/L3 production support * Troubleshoot storage and backup failures Automation & Scripting * Develop automation using PowerShell * Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort Monitoring & Reporting * Monitor system performance and alerts * Generate reports using PowerBI (if applicable) Collaboration * Work with infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders * Participate in Agile / Scrum environments Documentation & Compliance * Maintain operational procedures and documentation * Ensure compliance with enterprise standards Must-Have Qualifications * 5+ years of Systems / Storage Engineering
