## About the Role

At least 3 years of relevant product/UI/UX design experience and a portfolio of digital product work. Strong practical knowledge of UI, visual, UX, and interaction design, including user flows, wireframing, responsive/adaptive UI, with attention to detail and consistency. Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and the ability to critically evaluate outputs. Experience with advanced prototyping, motion design, or relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus. Working knowledge of design systems, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design 3. Knowledge of user-centered design methods and ability to use research, analytics, feedback, and usability testing to validate decisions. Understanding of product/software development processes, Agile practices, and basic front-end constraints. Ability to learn quickly, work independently within the assigned scope,
collaborate effectively, and clearly explain design decisions. Upper-Intermediate English or higher. What We Provide
