## Description

Location: Remote Duration: 9 months (possible extension) We are looking for a Senior Designer to be a part of our Protections (post-transactions) design team, helping tackle the complex problems and serve customer needs in areas such as returns, cancelations and more through product discovery and design thinking. Primary Job Responsibilities: Create world-class, user-centered designs that solve for customer needs, deliver on business requirements, account for technical feasibility and scalability. Help lead product discovery activities and collaborate on the future direction of the product with peers, researchers, design leaders, product partners, engineers and executives. Develop conceptual diagrams, information architecture maps, wireframes, visual mockups, lightweight specifications, prototypes and product demos that capture the team's shared understanding and document solutions to bring to market.
